The domain name and the website are owned, registered, and operated by Awesome AJ Academy LLP (hereinafter referred to as “Awesome AJ Academy” or “Big Manifestation Academy” or “us,” or “our,” or “Company”).

conditions of use are between the Company, and the User(s), who are registered
with us, or who use the Website (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or
“ User(s)”). The User can be: A person, consuming/ utilizing the User Content

End User License
Big Manifestation

only for your personal, non-commercial use. Each license is for use by one
individual. Each additional user requires a separate license.
In order to access some of the features of the Service, you may have to create your account with Big Manifestation Academy. When creating your account, you confirm that the information so provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share the same with anyone. You must notify Big Manifestation Academy immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. At no point in time will Big Manifestation Academy be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to Big Manifestation Academy or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.

Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary, or any proprietary material owned by a third-party and so expressly mentioned, Big Manifestation Academy owns all IPR to and into the trademark “AWESOME AJ”, “BIG MANIFESTATION”, BIG MANIFESTATION ACADEMY” and the Website.
The mark “Big Manifestation” and “BIG MANIFESTATION” is the sole property of Big Manifestation Academy. Reproduction in whole or in part of the same is strictly prohibited unless used with an express written permission from Big Manifestation Academy.

For the purpose of this clause, Confidential Information shall include but shall not be limited to pricing, payment terms, employee details, user list, business model, processes, ideas, concepts, etc. relating to Big Manifestation Academy which are not available in the public domain. You acknowledge and agree that the Confidential Information so provided to you shall at all-time be the property of Big Manifestation Academy and any breach of the same shall cause irreparable damage to us.

10. Single
User
Each assigned user name for Big Manifestation Academy’s online service is to be used solely by the individual to which it was issued. Requests for multiple user single site licenses is not available at the moment.
11. Payment
You agree to
pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your
account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased.
12. Paid
Course Condition
The courses made available on Big Manifestation Academy can be streamed on the Website for a period of 100 days (or otherwise mentioned in the specific programs/courses/products/services page), following which the video/audio/text will be automatically deleted and/or access to the same shall be permanently shut down.
There will be
no provision for change in any program, once registered. You must choose your
program carefully before registration.
To access the
course/lessons the user should have:
- A minimum of 3 Mbps speeds internet connection for optimal usage of Big Manifestation Academy.
- The program/course/services purchased on Big Manifestation Academy is exclusive for the users enrolled and who have paid and subscribed to it. You shall not give any unauthorized access or distribute or reproduce the Content to a third party.
In the event that Big Manifestation Academy becomes aware of any users giving unauthorized access to any third party, Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the said User’s account.
13.
Termination
Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to its services, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time under the terms of your license. Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.
14.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for any program. Once registered, you must complete the program at your own pace. Access to the program will expire after 100 days (or otherwise mentioned in the specific programs/courses/products/services page.)
15. Refund
policy for online donations & subscriptions:
Donations and
Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances
whatsoever.
16. Attendance
One must attend all sessions to complete the program. Following the program in the given structure will be more helpful and effective.

to parts or all of the Website without notice or liability.
18. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution
Any claim relating to Company’s website shall be governed by the laws of the India and State of Uttar Pradesh, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
