These terms and conditions of use are between the Company, and the User(s), who are registered with us, or who use the Website (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or “ User(s)”). The User can be A person, consuming/ utilizing the User Content created by us.

You will not without obtaining the prior written consent of Big Manifestation Academy, disclose to a third party any Confidential Information (as defined below) that is disclosed to you during the term of your use of the Service.
For the purpose of this clause, Confidential Information shall include but shall not be limited to pricing, payment terms, employee details, user list, business model, processes, ideas, concepts, etc. relating to Big Manifestation Academy which are not available in the public domain. 10. Single User
Each assigned user name for Big Manifestation Academy’s online service is to be used solely by the individual to which it was issued. Requests for multiple user single site licenses is not available at the moment.
11. Payment
You agree to pay, using the credit information you provided us, the charges incurred on your account in order to access any fee-based services to which you have purchased.
12. Paid Course Condition
The courses made available on Big Manifestation Academy can be streamed on the Website for a period of 100 days (or otherwise mentioned in the specific programs/courses/products/services page), following which the video/audio/text will be automatically deleted and/or access to the same shall be permanently shut down.
There will be no provision for change in any program, once registered. You must choose your program carefully before registration.
To access the course/lessons the user should have:
- A minimum of 3 Mbps speed internet connection for optimal usage of Big Manifestation Academy.
- The program/course/services purchased on Big Manifestation Academy are exclusive to the users enrolled and who have paid and subscribed to it. You shall not give any unauthorized access or distribute or reproduce the Content to a third party.
In the event that Big Manifestation Academy becomes aware of any users giving unauthorized access to any third party, Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the said User’s account.
13. Termination
Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to its services, fee-based or otherwise, in whole or in part, with respect to any breach or suspended breach of any portion of this Agreement. In the event of such a termination, there will be no refunds for unused time under the terms of your license. Big Manifestation Academy reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you in the future.
14. Refund/Cancellation Policy
There will be no refunds for any program. Once registered, you must complete the program at your own pace. Access to the program will expire after 100 days (or otherwise mentioned in the specific programs/courses/products/services page.)
15. Refund policy for online donations & subscriptions:
Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.
16. Attendance
One must attend all sessions to complete the program. Following the program in the given structure will be more helpful and effective.

18. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution
Any claim relating to Company’s website shall be governed by the laws of the India and State of Uttar Pradesh, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
